Overnight Charters
The customer is responsible to supply a suitable single hotel/motel room for the driver for each night of the trip. We also require a full itinerary at least 10 days prior from the departure for approval of “on-duty” and “off-duty” time.

Crossing Borders
For charters set to cross borders, it is the clients’ responsibility to ensure all passengers have the appropriate legal documents needed to cross the border, and are able to cross the border legally. Should any of the client’s passengers be unable to cross the border, the passenger(s) unable to cross must return at their own expense or at the expense of the clients and must make their own return arrangements. If the client decides the entire bus return and forfeit the trip for any reason including but not limited to border crossing issues, there will be no full or partial refund, and the client and their passengers will be fully responsible for the entire cost of the trip.

Excessive cleaning includes but is not limited to sanitation from human waste or staining to equipment. Refundable deposit will be returned to client upon approved return of the coach within 3 business days.

The client is responsible for the health and safety of all its members. This includes accommodating persons with disabilities, intoxicated individuals, and children.

Lost or Stolen Items
Attridge will not be liable for lost or stolen articles during the trip. Baggage and all other property will be handled only at passengers own risk. Although carrier buses/coaches may or may not be secured while unattended, Attridge is not responsible for any articles left on the bus either overnight, during or after the trip.
